2. How is the delivery time calculated?
When we process your order, we consider these factors when calculating the estimated delivery date:
- Order Processing: After your payment is authorized and verified, we start processing your order. This process takes 5-7 business days, because every item is made to order.
- Transit Time: Once your order is dispatched, the carrier delivers it.
Estimated delivery times:
- USA: 7-15 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: 14-20 business days after dispatch.

3. How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping charges depend on your location and the order’s weight and size, and are calculated at Checkout. For the United States our standard rate is $6.95.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If the information is incorrect or missing, we may need to contact you for an update, which can delay your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
