Why We Started
Grace Merch began with one simple idea: a gift should carry the name of the person who receives it. Not on a card or a label, but on the keepsake itself, made for one person and nobody else.
So the whole shop is built around that. You pick a design, type the name, the year or the words that matter, and you see them land on the piece before you buy it.
What We Make
We carry two families of keepsakes: personalized stuffed bunnies and personalized baseballs. Every design is its own product, with its own artwork and its own options, so no two orders come out the same.
- Bunnies: a plush colour, printed artwork, and the details you choose — a name, a year, a verse or a line of your own.
- Baseballs: printed ball designs, names laid out letter by letter, and quotes chosen from a list.
The personalizer shows you exactly what will be printed, live, while you type.
Made To Order, One At A Time
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. When you order, we make that item for you, one at a time, which is why production takes 5-7 business days before your order ships.
A keepsake with your child’s name on it cannot be resold, so we do not ask you to send it back. If something arrives wrong, we fix it: see our Shipping and Delivery page and our FAQ.
Where We Make It
We work with several factories around the world — in the United States, Australia, China and elsewhere. Which one we use depends on the product, and it is how we keep a personalized gift affordable without dropping the quality.
Wherever an item is made, the same standard applies, and it is checked before it ships.
The Team
Grace Merch is a small team across several time zones: the people who build the designs, the people who run production, and the people who answer your messages. That is why support runs 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Saturday, and why a question about your order reaches a person rather than a queue.
